My story starts in Ohio, a desire to find sunshine, and a supportive wife who challenged me to get back to what I do best. It’s a story that, as of yet has no ending, a story of a business and a legacy that is reaching people around the world. How?
Well, I knew that my highest and best use lay in helping people. I wanted to inspire people and knew there was a growing demand for leaders who wanted to become great. So, I set out to learn everything I could about what defines great leaders, and how to enable people to grow into great leaders.
Jumping forward, I determined that if I was going to develop the best leadership development program in the world, it would need to be grounded in emotional intelligence. I use emotional intelligence to fuel my own leadership and business growth and gets a charge out of seeing others grow their business by growing their teams, thanks RedRock Leadership.
