Suzanne Winfield is a hands-on professional with over 18 years of business experience. She has the ability to sustain profitability through the implementation of successful sales and marketing plans and strategies. Her strengths include strategic plan development, client need assessment and consultative selling techniques.
Prior to joining RedRock Leadership, Suzanne led a sales team to increase sales in a national accounts division by 800% in less than a four year period; 137% increase in the first year, 62% in the second year, 22% the third year and 20% in the fourth year. Prior to that, Suzanne designed and implemented a team building and strategic plan which grew sales in another company from $2 million to over $10 million within two years.
Suzanne is an outstanding public speaker, trainer and motivator with the ability to present information in an interesting, clear and concise manner to groups and individuals of diverse backgrounds and sophistication. One of her specialties is developing teams and encouraging teamwork through extensive training and reinforcement through day-to-day practice.
Suzanne graduated from Wharton Business School – University of Pennsylvania -Executive Team Leadership & Dynamics. She was born and raised in Central Illinois and has resided in Florida for the past 18 years. Today, she and her husband and four dogs make their home in Riverview.
